When I saw Star Wars in May of 77 I thought that was the coolest helmet of all time at 6 years old. LOL

Back in 77 my mother took me to see Star Wars at the ODEON cinema, Wimbledon, UK (in the evening)

I recall the night in question, a special night. 100's queuing, as there were 3 screens.

We almost did not get in, such was the demand (to see Star Wars)
Secretly my mother wanted to watch ABBA: The Movie, which was showing on another screen.

Once inside, i recall some people wearing cardboard Chewbacca masks.
Star Wars began and i slept the whole way through! - Lol!

Magical times. Star Wars news was all over the television in 77

There was a kid at school (Roland) who claimed a woman on the street he live on (in Twickenham) was working on Star Wars masks for the movie.

Thank you! It's very cool. The helmet design makes no sense, but it's awesome!

Haha! Very cool story. I love the pic of that theater. Does it still exist?

I guess so. I don't live near there these days.

That's cool. Judging by the movies on the marquee, that picture was taken in 1982.

Here's a statue I got last year. It's the Prime 1 Goku DX.

Unfortunately, a couple of my portraits had the eye bubbling issue and I wasn't able to get a replacement, so I ended up getting a refund on this piece.

It's too bad. It's an amazing statue otherwise.

Another stunner! Is there any outstanding piece that you've never been able to get in front of your lens?

How many statues you keep on hand at a given time?
