the only real changes I've noticed is the genius thing along side the playlist, and they changed the main library

i don't get the love, either, or maybe it's not love but a sick collection-fever. these are becoming like Pokemon: gotta get em all! actually, i'm thinking mostly of how she'll look on the shelf w/ Dr Strange & Scarlet Witch (i'm thinking, pretty good). Also, they were a lot of money, so i don't like having spent the money w/out having the thing i spent it on. "I want my toy!"

it's neat...it has the album, the songs from the artist you don't have and other songs you may like. I need a new ipod too. the new nanos are 8g and 16g now instead of 2 and 4

i have the old nano that they don't even make anymore. feels like using a rotary phone or a vcr sometimes.

Genius is okay, but for some reason, doesn't recognize a lot of discs that I've ripped to iTunes, so is sort of frustrating.

What it does, Jono, is give you the songs you're missing from the album the song chosen is on, as well as other songs in that genre that you might like. (You're not obligated to buy them.) And, it will pull songs in that song's genre to generate a working playlist from your library.
