The Art of Guardians of the Galaxy

Got this from Amazon today. If you're a fan of GOTG you'll love this book.

It's over 300 pages of sketches, concept art, character development, etc, etc.

Might have to get this, loved all the poster art for this movie, reminded me of all the 80s Drew Struzan type stuff - miss all that movie art on covers

Does it have images of some of the movie posters?

There are some posters at the back, but the concept art for the characters is fantastic. Fascinating to see all the designs and concepts for Quills look and helmet. Very cool.

This is easily one of the best art books in my collection. Not only is it packed with amazing art but it was also put together extremely well. Most "Art of.." books load their character concept art (my favorite part) on either the front end or back end of the book. You either get bombarded with landscapes and backgrounds as you begin or realize you've seen all the different ideas for characters and weapons and are now just looking at different scenery until the end. Not only is the movie well paced, but so is this book. Concept art is presented as you were introduced to the characters and objects in the movie. That makes for a pleasing and entertaining page turner from beginning to end.
