i have been saying that for years about every live action comic film. "if they could only make one as good as the animated DVDs".. lol.. thats tough to match. some have been good though ill admit.

cool thanks for the heads, up. how much more violent is it though? more than Flash Paradox? or Son of Batman?

This was a cool animated flick.... Defiantly on par with Flash Paradox and Son of Batman... Violence is about the same as the others, maybe a little more.... If I had kids I wouldn't let watch it unless they were at least 13-14 years old... Defiantly holds true to it's PG-13 rating. Some sexual situations are in it also..

I do like that DC is making their animated films more for adults then kids...

ive seen this finally. i like that aspect of them too being aimed more towards adults. and this def had a more sexual vibe to it than the ones before it. as far as it being on par with Flash Paradox i feel that this film kind of falls a bit short on that. i think it has to do with the story itself. the story was petty much straight forward and not very interesting. to me at least.
i was crucial about the animation when i posted my comments on this film saying i think it could have been better. but after seeing it again for a second time it is on par with all the others. i just thought the story it self could have been much better. just wasn't what i was expecting. but i did like it. but it was average at best for me.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Thought this was pretty good. Not the best of dcu animated, not the worst. Really looking forward to the next one, Throne of Atlantis.

True with Flash Paradox we didn't know what to expect as it was a completely different time line. So the regular characters had lots of twists and surprises to them... Where as Attack on Arkham we knew what to expect from the characters so there were no real surprises in the story... But it was still entertaining and fun to watch...

Batman: Assault on Arkham

Haven't seen much talk about the newest DC Animated feature so I thought I'd get things rolling. Check out our thoughts in our latest episode. The movie is not for kids but our video review definitely is
