I think her body is fine, but her facial features are very soft and not warrior like. She doesn't look Asian, but she doesn't look Greek either imo.

She is. She is the greek goddess of strategic warfare and victory, and the counterpart of Ares, the god of brutish war and violence. When she was born she sprang from Zeus's head in full battle armor, which is what this statue is portraying.

If someone where to tell me she was Greek. I'd have nothing to doubt them with. I guess I don't know my Greeks! 
She looks like she'd fit very well in a god of war game imo so yeah it's official I couldn't tell you if she's Greek enough or not.
