I'm waiting mine impatiently but I can't hide I'm feeling unconfortable with the paint job.
I will most certainly add a couple of washes and clear coating to make it fit to my liking.
I will wait to have it inhand before making any statement

I think a good wash or 2 would benefit this piece, but there are layers already there that pics don't seem to show.

Truely an incredible piece.
What about the paint job?
Is it that bad?
Hell no, it's a very good one for a factory painting, a serious improvement over the BO T-rex.
Photos definitly don't give it justice.
It's already a great rendition of the beast but I will just add a couple of washes to make it just perfect, just like I want.

Sculpture is super crisp as always with CC.
I love the little dents on the T-rex teeth.
Make it as nasty as a great white shark

Terrific box art too, great JP design all over.
It's one of my favourite.

I red a load of " feel sorry for those who ordered it" here and there all over the net.
Well, now that I have mine in hand, I FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE WHO MISS IT

Glad you liked your piece dude, but there's no need to feel sorry for those of us who passed on this thing. I don't know about others, but I will be spending my cash on Prime 1's JP offerings moving forward.

Seeing fellow JP fans to finally have this in hand is really something. The paint will never match up to any proto, it's just a known fact if you collect long enough. I'll have mine today and it will be ship out for a serious repaint and mod. Again, really happy for everyone who after all these years, to own an authentic, true JP female T-Rex bust in their collections. Can't wait for the full sizer!
