Down the left (the member name)
Across the top (suspect, weapon, room) each one a separate column and ordered alphabetically. Just put a "X" in each cell for the choice.

In law school, we played a lot of darts. I once hit 5 bullseyes in one round. That's 2 in center and one in the outer bullseye. Considering we were always drunk while playing, I think that is a pretty cool feat.

I am glad that everyone enjoyed this contest. I still am stunned with how long it took to annoint a winner.
I will have to root around in my brain to come up with another challenging contest. Perhaps it will be Battleship as someone suggested.
For those that played -- would you have preferred to see the art at the start of the game?

A game of Battleship sounds like fun!
As far as knowing what we are playing for? I kinda like the surprise of finding out what you win at the end.

I'm fantastic at billiards... when I'm drunk.

I agree 100%!
Art at the end!
And battleship could be a ton of fun too. It would take even longer. The amount of combinations and permutations is much much greater then that of Clue. But I an game for sure!

Not totally surprised as we were doing it as blind guesses on a possible 324 answers. If there had been hints given (like in the real game) then the elimination would have been easier and it would have been over sooner. I like the way that you ran it. It took longer, but was more involved. Once I realized it was going to go for a bit of time, I made a spreadsheet, much like others, and that mostly helped with not guessing duplicate answers.
I like finding out the "prize" at the end. Gives it a "big reveal" type of ending.
