My BW arrived a short while ago, very well done. I think its not quite on par with the prototype, though it's still a terrific piece:

Where are those cabinets with the doors from? Also, the pedestal you have lady death on, thats really unique as well. Where was that picked up?

The cabinets were once sold by ikea, they're called Bonde bar cabinets. The pedestal was a find at a local furniture outlet, I haven't seen another one sadly.
