Hi Fengjun,
I am one of 3 members of a team called Kreative 3, the other sculptor is William Valenzuela, we collaborate on pieces, he will usually help me with clean up sculpting, accessories, tweaks, etc.
we work out of the same studio. We've used the Silva brothers to flesh out our ideas in 2D since they went freelance, but they are not exclusive to Koto, I think they are doing a lot of work for Dark-horse comics among others.
The reality is we are Kotobukiya's only American sculptors, but they have plenty more sculptors back in Japan. For the time being the work load is enough for only a couple of people for their Marvel line, but who knows what the future will bring.
