Same. The ex head though is just so damn good I usually keep it on longer.

The way I look at it..

1-1000: Low Edition Size
1000-2500 Med Edition Size
2500-5000 High Edition Size
anything over 5000 is Very High Edition size, these statues especially seem to have problems holding their value after a year or two because the aftermarket becomes flooded with them. Of course popularity of the character and statue can affect it's value but when your able to go on Ebay years later and still see lots of them up for sale that usually not a good sign unless your a buyer

I’ve always looked at statues holding value as more of an art direction issue rather than an edition size one, as taarna is half naked and can't even sell out a 500 EX ES lol and not to drag XM into this (but to drag XM into this lol) i've seen quite a few of their low ES statues declining in value after a year or so.

Yeah but those are mostly 3rd tier characters a lot of them being Spider-Man Rogues.... You know the ones everyone wants every company to make but when they do nobody buys them...

I doubt Taarna is half as popular as Red Sonja... Not a lot of collectors are going to be familiar with Heavy Metal... But yeah art direction plays a part in it also...

That said, the original Red Sonja PF can be had pretty cheap... Give the new Red Sonja statues a year or so and I'm sure their price will start to drop as people cycle through their collections... Sell older statues to make room for newer ones... with High Edition sizes just means more people will sell them on Ebay down the road..
