In the case of the customer you are in reference to, I was able to get Arahom to give him a more generous discount and we would be able to work it out.
Most of the time we are willing to work with you guys on getting your orders to you as we did in the case of this customer. This includes declaring a low-value cost, our standard practice to declare $100 on a single statue and $50 on statues that come in multiple boxes. We also declare the item as a gift to help avoid as many import taxes as possible.
To further reduce our shipping costs, we usually ship our Asian customers directly from the factory. Starting with the Medusa, Sha-Ryn, and Tarzan we have expanded that to include all eastern hemisphere customers.
