Who do you think is the most underrated hero and villain in the Marvel Universe?

I use to like all the early Marvel villains especially the ones in the Fantastic Four such as the Mad Thinker and Diablo. I too liked the Absorbing Man but not as he is now portrayed in the Hulk.
As to heroes I still think Ms Marvel/Warbird is worthy of her own mag, I really enjoyed here short rum of comics. I also enjoyed ROM but you never hear of him these days.
PS shouldn’t this be in the Comics / Comic Art forum?

Doctor Strange is the most underrated hero.
For villains, I always felt the Scorpion was more dangerous than he's been portrayed. He's supposed to have superior strength, speed and agility to Spider-Man. That's pretty scary.

Good call. Add my vote for Quasar (aka the Golden-Age Marvel Boy), a classic character that shouldn't be the second-stringer he is. I'd love to see a Bowen bust of him, as well, in Bill Everett style.
