Why do you say that, dechirico?
because I've listed her three times now on ebay.
I finally got sick of it and reduced her to $99

$600 for this? No way! In addition I won't support that company ever, even if it was $50.

Yeah I don't think that there is a high demand for historical statues.
I mean they look great and all but I think that you will be able to pick them up much cheaper on Ebay.
I think that if Medusa looked more like the one from the Clash of the Titans I would be more interested.

LAME price, Great piece. I did order leonidas though. Is the best rendition of him I have seen yet. Price wasn't bad either.

But this does look quite a bit like the Medusa from Clash of the Titans though, doesn't it? Been a while since I watched it. Same with Leonides from 300? The Mummy, Braveheart, Troy... Isn't that sorta ARH's thing... make characters from historical type movies and change them, slightly so they don't have to pay for any license rights?

Nope, not buying this. Price is too high among other reasons.

The sculpt is nice, but it's not $600 nice, despite the size...not for me anyway. And the lame nameplate ex doesn't exactly help any, in fact I'm surprised they didn't add a print as well...

But seriously, I'm a little burnt out on ARH pieces if I were to be honest. Of the two that I have purchased, while I liked the sculpts, I was really underwhelmed by the paint jobs on both, so that has kind of soured me on them a bit.

And when you are talking about pieces that are never going to do much in the aftermarket, you really have to love what you get in order to feel you have gotten your moneys worth, and sadly I just didn't feel that way with the ARH stuff.

Of course, that's just my own personal experience, and I'm not trying to sway anyone else one way or another. But yeah, I couldn't see myself laying down that kind of coin on any of ARH's pieces for the reasons stated above, but good luck to those who do.

the only thing got me scared n drew me back from ordering this piece is, SS has no power over ARH's statues.
So if you buy one n the paint is different to the one advertized, then most thing SS can do for u is to replace with another messed up paint statue.
and also the price is def a killer there
