Here's my take on Jim Lee's Betsy, spent a few hours sculpting this on a Sunday. Not sure if I'm going to buy the PF but if I do I plan to 3D print a head for it:

tweaked her face and lips a little, I'm not going to keep posting renders here, so will just leave these as is. I wanted a Jim Lee style to go with Rogue and Gambit so I sculpted this new head for her:
