No problem. Earlier, I actually asked myself the same question and looked for them, too.

Can somebody explain the symbolism behind BB's base? I'm just not getting it and not that fluent on Inhuman lore.

It's a take from the comics. The statue behind him is supposed to be the ruined statue of his brother Maximus.

Not sure if XM meant that to be Maximus in this piece, tho.

It's from War of Kings.
In the original comic, it was Vulcan's statue. I didn't read the whole arc, basically Vulcan is the most powerful of the Summers brothers and he's one of the "galactic" characters. The story revolves around a few factions, Vulcan, the Shi'ar/Gladiator, Black Bolt and the Inhumans plus someone else I'm forgetting (the Kree, maybe?).

BTW, this is not Vulcan's statue we're seeing here. It was Vulcan in the artwork, but changed since 3D sculpt. On Facebook I think they told me it's a generic atlantean statue, even if the crested helm is similar to the Kree soldiers helm.
It can bear many meanings... it can easily be a mid-battle or post-battle setting, that kind of architecture fits Attilan, the Kree empire and many other settings. Or it could be a ruined part of Attilan's throne room if you display him with the sceptre and calm head (and with Medusa+Lockjaw).
Regardless, I dig it a lot

To be exact, Vulcan leads the Shiar in that story. Gladiator serves him but then decides to flip sides and aid Lilandra and the resistance that included the a Guardians of the Galaxy and the Havok lead X-Men.
