Don't know what an articulating eye is? If you are asking if it's a glass eye with all the detail, glued into place, then yes.....

Articulating eye would mean the eye can be rotated to look in any direction.

Is that available on any statue currently? If so send me a link and I'll check out how they produced it for a reasonable cost....

Something like like Hot Toys PERS (Parallel Eyeball Rolling System)?

That would most likely create an ugly seam in the head.

Articulating eye is no must in my opinon.
I would rather love to see a smaller iris with a frown.

But still the new bust is perfect in my opinion . Best Velociraptor bust ever made.

I looked up PCS Sub Zero bust, very clever, my hats off to Jerry for even trying that.

The face has a break line to have a removable face and it seems very toy like in the finish of the eyes and their positioning. Not saying that to diminish the product, I think it's awesome and the fact that you can move the eyes is cool.

But that would be a better reference that a hot toys figure...
I totally agree on that. I prefer complete massive busts without face removals. Makes it look a bit cheap to see what is underneath.
Just do what you guys can do best. Make amazing lifelike dinosaurs!
