The small print on the product page reads:
“ © Sideshow 2019 © Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Dejah Thoris ® is a registered trademark owned by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc. used by permission.”
So yeah, it looks like the legal stuff was situated. They worked out some type of deal with ERB to make her officially Dejah again.

For those wondering if the pasties are removable (perhaps not seriously), I'd have to say no - in the pictures on page 60 you can see the pasty on the right breast is lifting up slightly and there is no sculpt under it.
Though the Burroughs estate has never been shy about letting Dejah go without a top - many of the most beautiful Anacleto covers to the comics have her topless - I don't think it's a license thing, just sideshow doesn't do nudity.
Well you know, except for the other 98% of her body...

SS original Catwoman PF had sculpted and painted nipples under her mix media jumpsuit. On some of the statues, the zipper wasn't glued tight so you were able to zip it all the way down...

Cancelled mine, didn’t realize it was ES of 2,000 with no Ex, may get it cheaper down the line from local shop.

I actually thought that was a fairly small ES. The new Catwoman is almost twice that, and this piece seems to be appealing to a broader audience than the average female statue.
