Can someone fill me in. I stumbled upon the vader tie fighter and thought it looks neat well cool actually.

But I've been going through the different threads and they get a lot of stick on here. But now with this new tie fighter it seems to be cool again?!

Can someone summarize which ones are not worth the trouble qualitywise (or are they all worth it given the right price) and also does the tie fighter somehow mean a new turn for code3?!...

..or is this just the buzz we get from a new product and are chances high this one will travel the same route... resulting in disappointment?!

the edition run seems high 5000? hmm I will hold out for now at least...

thanks

I love mine, and it makes a great addition to my Vader display. As for if they are "worth it" well, it's only worth what you are willing to pay for it. Everyone who owns them seems to love'em, and, like me, greatly anticipate more die-cast model replicas from Code3.

The X-wing and the Falcon are definately worth getting.

5000 ain't to high of an edition size, the Falcon is 10,000.

I also own the the AT-ST but was a little disappointed with it.

I'm waiting to pick up the Tie fighter at a sensible price.
