Are you located in the US? As I’ve found that it’s usually people outside the US that usually have to give them a nudge with regards to the final invoice and shipping.

Yes I live in the states. I tried to call them and was greeted with a voice mail. Considering the high praises this store received, I am very disappointed with their services so far.

I usually message Todd through FB messenger. He usually responds very quickly.

Yep, as others have said, try Facebook, and at the same time, email. Repeat at least every two weeks if you don't receive a response.

You've hardly experienced bad service. One call that went to voicemail doesn't warrant such feelings of disappointment. All you need to do is make contact as I and others have said
