I think I figured it out:
Capeless reg: trunks
Capeless EX: trunks and skirt
Caped reg: trunks
Caped EX: trunks and skirt
So technically, you can have two statues with all the display options by buying either EX and the reg of the other. Final cost will be slightly cheaper if you bought the first EX since you'd be paying $165 for the torso and base rather than full price ($260) for the whole body.

Yes. Those that bought the exclusive from tweeterhead already will have the two sets of legs. One with the trunks and one with the skirt. So with the additional torso and base you'll have two statues

First exclusive came with two sets of legs. Skirt and trunks.
