i emailed pcs customer support again, and it sends a direct email to sideshow support which basically says they can't do anything for me lol... so we going back and forth again?

Oh this thread isn't going to die. Not even if some kind of justice is served because really at this point there can be no justice.

This is why i cancelled my PO's the amount of stuff on discount and won't sell out is insane.

And we're talking REALLY good pieces here like Ultra Zangief & Ken. In fact all the pieces on there are really good.....just i guess no one is interested anymore.

The only thing that will save them from this happening now is only making the number that's been ordered as they seem to be doing going forward....but then i imagine some pieces have such low order numbers anyway...i wonder if we'll see a bunch of statues cancelled....i really hope not but i can see it happening.

Either low edition sizes are profitable (though obviously less so) contrary to what we had been led to believe or if not then if the interest isn't there why go forward with production to go even further in debt?

Good design and quality production don't do much if you can't find completed customers at the prices you need.
Of course making what has been pre-ordered will still leave cancelled stock if the interest isn't there by the time of final sale. Plenty of customers either haven't paid past the deposit or haven't/weren't able to cancel yet.

This whole statue game at these prices only works if there are MORE people that want a statue than there are statues.

I have given up. I don't think I will ever see my $210 again. I cancelled my remaining orders and have $2.5k in credit with SS which will be used to help pay for some stuff from P1 and IS.

Probably not. They definitely won't be refunding cash in any upcoming months.

I have almost $1k I will likely never see. PCS store credit is supposedly in a "queue" limbo, which SSC washed its hands of.
