The FB page is quite easy to follow. We get answers to questions much quicker on there than when Kira was on here, no offense intended. Also, we just tend to get more detailed info on upcoming licenses and products through Kelvin Loke and John Pham on FB. But that's just my 2 cents. Opinions vary.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about the quality of the representatives at all - I love Kelvin and John. It's the platform I dislike - I'm not fond of having to sift through stuff that doesn't interest me in the slightest, and it's hard for me to keep track of any new posts, which forces me to go through essentially the same (usually dispensable) posts over and over.
Call me old-fashioned, but give me the clarity and convenience of a traditional forum any day.
