personally, I'm in complete favor of the whole 'if you commit or try to commit a terrorist act, your family has hell rain down on them, no matter where in the world they are'. first their bank accounts are frozen, their credit cards blocked, and then some government agency kills them-or drops them into the middle of the arctic or something in shorts.
