They fvcking court system sucks... Can you believe the support magistrate granted my son's mother to receive $80 per month and I have to give her retro pay from when she filed the case... It's like I might as well work in fvcking McDonalds and get an off the books side job... I am going to call a lawyer today and inquire about appealing and trying to get it lowered to at least what it was... They didn't take any of my additional expenses into consideration...

Family courts are skewed horribly to the women's side. I don't know what you were paying before but if this is additional money for her it is just the kind of thing that really pisses me off. You should have to pay child support but when they expect you to give the woman money too that is ridiculous. She is young and able to work and presumably find some other schlub there is no reason she should live on your dime.


That's why my advice to young men is always the same. Whatever you do, don't ever get married, but if you do don't EVER, EVER, EVER, get divorced.

I was paying $350. Now it's going to be $430. and she works a descent job. She is unionized and makes $33k per year...
