You may have to "charge it" up. Douse it in bright light and then make a quick transition to darkness. Ansin's Tron set is the same way. If I come downstairs in the morning you can't see the GID however if I turn out the lights at night is glows nicely.

Gutierrez doing a 2nd edition of his Alien print. Not sure what the secondary value is on it currently, but that can't be going over too well.
