I swear if the series ends with Bran Stark waking up in bed only hours since his fall from the window in the premiere episode I'll lose my mind.

So I see nobody's talking about Tyrion snitching on Varys.
Gotta say, Littlefinger and Varys were cast aside pretty roughly. That was the Cleganebowl of the mind I was pumped for.

Clever and/or smart characters were removed, the hardest to write. Tyrion comes across as at best a mediocre mind and at worst quite a bumbling idiot out of his depth.

just watched Sunday's episode........ya.........its clear they gave up on trying to give the characters and the show a satisfactory end, this season has been nothing short of a dumpster fire.

Yeah, I can't say I'm a big fan of this season...clearly a wrap up season. I'm still excited for the finale, though.
I thought Dany losing it made sense looking at her overall arc, even if it felt a little forced in the moment. Biggest gripe is the scorpions. I mean, one shot...come on. I guess we're supposed to buy the whole shock and awe attack. Jon should've just given Dany the biz...sexually speaking. All that love talk...then you snub her. Fear it is.
On a positive note...I did enjoy the Dragon. That was pretty cool. I thought the hound falling into the fire with gregor was a fitting way to go out. Even appreciated Cersei's and Jaime's final moment. Thought that was pretty touching, actually.
