Azog on warg is up for order next week.
The downside is that the price is going to be
$699 ES/500, and Weta don`t have a flex pay option

Way overpriced. The original Gothmog on Warg was around the $300 mark. Maybe $500.

$300 but it was about half the size (and nowhere near as impressive).

Yeah but that piece came out over 5 years ago.

I actually prefer the Gothmog on Warg myself.

This piece looks a bit bigger but they're both the same 1:6 scale right?

I don't think the SS/W rider and steed pieces were true 1/6th scale,and this definitely looks bigger.

I own the Gothmog on Warg and around 10 of the 1:6 scale SS/W statues and they all appear in scale to me.

Its 1/6 scale but far bigger than Gothmog. Azog was huge for an Orc and the Warg is a different breed to those seen in LOTR. It has been reinforced with a steel frame and 2ft in width. It is in all sese a BEAST
