I would love Hot Toys to roll out a larger variety genre of products.
But they seem to be doing well in the 12" man-doll category, that seems to be their strength at the moment. They recently gingerly dabbled in the collectible bust market, and chose the 1/4 scale mini bust. ( I have both HT Joker and Batman 1/4 plastic busts and the Alien bust)
If it is profitable for them to compete in the 1/4 full statue category, they'll go for it.
But at the moment, I don't think they'll try.
