Just bought my first pieces of original art - questions inside

Just got these two pieces:

This one if for my son's room. I love the pizza scene.

I am interested in framing them with the comic pages. Do I remove the page from the comic or have the whole issue included? If I remove it, should I have the cover and the page? How much should nice framing cost?

What should I reasonably have expected to pay for these pieces? Just curious to get a sense of what work by lesser known artists general goes for.

With on-line original art dealers, is haggling a standard practice or are their prices generally set in stone?

Thanks in advance for the help.

The Stingray piece should be $150. The Titans page $60...

I wouldn't bother framing the comic page unless you buy Original covers... Nice framing for these with the tripple mats in your area..... Conservation glass.... If you frame it with the comic page you are going to pay alot more for the framing.... With out should cost you around $200. With over $300..... I'm going by Los Angeles prices... You might be able to fine cheaper there.

Congrats Underdog..watch out though. OA can be very addictive..and expensive! It starts out innocent enough. You just buy a couple of cheaper pieces..then you figure this page is only $50 more..I can do that..next thing you know, you've got a second mortgage on the house and your spending $2000 on each piece. Nice score UD. I was watching that Stingray piece then the Giclee went on sale. Glad it found a good home.

Thanks for the info. I was under on the Stingray and like $5 over on the TT so I don't feel like a smuch. I will have to investigate framing - there are several places in the area that are affordable but most want to charge NY prices

Surfing various websites I noticed just that. Showed my wife several pages and she liked a Perez Batman splash from Brave and the Bold - only $900!

Thanks and all I'll say is it found a home

Saw it and liked the splsh of the obscure character - I did not think I would get it with my 111.11 bid.

Prices can be crazy. I just spent $1200.00 on a 2 page splash. For that price you would think the comic came out years ago..... instead of a few weeks ago.
