Not alot of collectors know of this card.
It's rare, but I don't believe it's $100 rare.
Here's the info I found on a card forum about it.
It's a film cel card from Batman Forever from the Fleer Ultra set. It was a send-away, you had to send in 10 or 15 wrappers, as I recall, and then Fleer would send you one, along with a certificate of authenticity signed by Joel Schmacher (a reproduced signature), along with a letter thanking you for your purchase of Fleer Ultra. I can confirm 4 different cels, and I think that may be all there are. I also think this may have been the first non-sport film cel card.
and now i know what's what, i checked my long wrappers from the set, and there on the back....
