If I remember right, didn't XM say if you couldn't come to a resolution with any official XM distributor in regards to a refund due to the ban, to send XM a email and they would help.

I guy from Lil Monsters just sent me an email saying they will refund the deposits but no actual refund yet. Sucks to lose my Black bolt but that's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. I already have a Thor through another avenue so losing it is ok.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT LIL MONSTERS

Thursday, April 28, 2016

We have been receiving feedback and concerns from Malaysia collectors about distributor lil monsters. As of this post, we advise Malaysia collectors to avoid ordering XM products and the darkness product tonight from them while we look into this matter. Please rest assured Xm studios will be on the side of collectors so please be patient as we try to find out more information. We might just be over sensitive but we rather protect the interests of collectors first.

If it was cancelled due to a licensing issue they probably can't help you outside of a refund.

1) Products ordered
2) Your full name and contact details
3) Most importantly, RECEIPTS with proof of purchase and payment.

We are not sure what is the situation with Lil Monsters but we will not sit by and let customers worry any further. This is a tedious situation for us to try and match orders so please bear with us as this will take some time to process. XM will make sure all customers are taken care of. Please note if you have no receipts or proof of payment/purchase this will make our job very difficult, if not impossible so please understand we can only help if you have any proof of purchase."
