If Stabler got in he wouldn't be the least deserving QB in the HOF (that would be Bob Griese) but I don't consider it a travesty that he isn't in either. Plunkett was such a late bloomer that I don't think he had enough really good years to warrant a HOF induction, just my opinion.

Raiders that should get serious consideration IMO include Stabler, Tatum, Brown, Cliff Branch (he will be hurt by Browns presence), Ray Guy (not a single full time punter in the HOF, Ray should be in), and possibly Lester Hayes

Not so much, Rich Gannon, Rod Martin, and Steve Weisnewski

That is what I was thinking about Plunkett.

Trying to remember if he had a good supporting cast when he was in New England but I cannot remember.

Clyde Simmons had a great career, but with 5 teams and in relative ananimity, I don't see him getting in. Buddy Ryan loved him though.
