Will DC Direct release a Darkseid statue?
I noticed that DC Direct released a statue of Darkseid b4 but it doesn't look that great to me. I am wondering is it possible that DC Direct is gonna release, say, Darkseid vs Superman statue/bookends? Thanks folks.

I agree! I'm no DC fan but it captures the character perfectly!

Not sure about any future Darseid statues but I have the one DC Direct released awhile back. It's beautiful. I like the touches with the faces on the base he's standing on.

This may seem sacrilegious to some but I am having my Darkseid partially re-painted. Never liked one aspect of the paint job that came with the statue. Will post pics when complete.
Can't wait to get him back and next to his Marvel counterpart.

I kind of agree. While not horrible, I think the paint job on Darkseid could've been a little better. It seems kind of faded, no? Washed out? I think I've seen one that was repainted before and it looked pretty good.
But if there's a counterpart that I'd like my Darkseid statue to be next to is the Bowen version of Thanos. Man, I am sooo getting him. Not really too crazy about the Diamond Select Marvel one.

The promotional picture of Darkseid does not do the actual paint justice. The colors are actually much bolder (the blue anyways). My re-paint is mainly on the globe he is holding.
I've seen pics of the upcoming Bowen Darkseid and it's going to be great, but I will stick with my DST for two reasons. More in scale with Darkseid and it has the advantage of already being paid for.
