I hope they manage to fix the portrait paint app. Otherwise it will ruin the piece, and possibly kill the line off. Good to see Mufizal Mokhtar getting involved and calling the shots. Some other companies would simply box the piece up, send it out, deal with any issues later on. The liquid base design appears to mean that each base is unique. Some appear to contain more blood than others. That's fine by me

Yep base resin has different amount of blood and i did notice the flat face paint
In that image that box may not be smaller, it looks like they are stacked two deep and that box is actually in the 2nd stack behind the first stack and it being smaller is just a depth perception illusion.
From Facebook. While not wanting to jump to incorrect conclusions, at the moment, i am far
from sold on the portrait paint app that features on the grey-hair portrait. Atleast there are
two other options. The rest of the piece looks good. From what i read, the factory spent 11
days 'fixing' the portraits. The face scar looks smudged. What's with the dirty looking dark
patch below her left cheek? ..the eye's do not look well painted.
