Yeah they call those wings and fire as Thermonuclear Pulse Effect piece and can be detachable if you don’t feel it. The whole piece can be lighten up as they’re mostly made of translucent materials.

Here’s when they turns on and off the lighting.

Yeah, they got Godzilla KOTM authentic license worldwide except Japan years ago. Heard that the company's owner has many passion in Godzilla so he put all effort to create hi-end Godzilla related products. King Ghidora, their first statue is so dope coming with many lighting effect, thou we cant see anyone got it yet due to the pandemic delaying shipping process.
