Dark Waters (2019)

Stars Mark "Hulk" Ruffalo and Anne "Catwoman" Hathaway playing more normal roles, and both deliver. Dark Waters tells the story of an attorney (Ruffalo) who takes on a large chemical company (DuPont) in what amounts to be a David vs Goliath situation. These giants know no bounds when it comes taking down those that come after them. Base on a true events. Apparently most of us have been poisoned as a result.

9/10

I gave this one final screening before selling my Blu-ray copy, but it was better than I remembered. So much so that I decided to keep it and may even add it to my annual Halloween movie list. 7/10
I find the art of this superior to almost anything I've seen since it came out. Great anime film

The Beastmaster (1982) 8/10. I remembered watching this all the time when I was young but haven't seen it in a while. Overall, the movie is cheesy BUT cheesy in a good way. Maybe it is the nostalgia talking but there are parts that still make me smile. And looking at it now, I can't believe they rated this PG. There is nudity, violence, stabbings, winged creatures eating the flesh of humans, burnt bodies on poles, half naked mystics - crazy!

isn't it weird that we went from a generation of acceptable PG boobs to a generation that cries when somebody dies in a cartoon as adults?

PG-13 rating wasn't introduced until 1984. Plenty of movies like Beastmaster (and Star Wars, etc.) likely spurred the addition.
