woohoo got my new computer
so after 10 years i finally had to get a new computer. i have been on a cellphone for the net for a week. they are nice but not that nice.
it is so awesome to get back to online games and have them ask me if they want the system to automatically upgrade my graphics to the highest level. with my last computer they started asking if i was using a commodore 64 and if my internet connection was 2 cups and a string

my first laptop. not sure about it but it is nice to have the freedom to move and i will probably connect to my tv to play my games anyhow.
i will probably add a desktop again later just cause i like to have linux, mac and windows in my house. makes it easy for my wifes job.

Exactly the model I have and love it. I went with the Inspiron 17 vs the Inspiron 15 just because of the HDMI output

yeah it wasnt my first choice but it was on sale for $800 so i went with it.
once dcuonline comes out and i need a second computer to play with the kids i will buy myself an i7 with a solid state drive and some other bells and whistles. i am watching one that is regular price of $1400 and waiting for it to go on sale.
