I'm so bored with events. Haven't bought the last few years. Too bad they sell better than monthly titles because they will never stop.

I liked Secret Wars II a lot. But that's because I very much liked Jonathan Hickman's runs on both Fantastic Four and Avengers. Also the art in Secret Wars II was beautiful.
But Civil Wars II was disappointing. So I'm skipping Monsters Unleashed as well as this Secret Empire thing.

I'm getting Monsters Unleashed (not all the tie-ins, just the actual issues) because I love monsters. Secret Empire I am skipping but as already stated, the Brooks covers look amazing.

Same here. I love the giant monsters & it's been fun to try & recognize some of the monsters being used again in Monsters Unleashed. I'm only reading the core book. When I do indulge in one of these events. I now know only to buy the core & stick with just it as long as I like it. I'll bail if it blows.

I liked Secret Wars 2 but that's where I stopped. I'm buying the Thanos run but aside from that I'll just wait to get them in collected editions and if they don't come out that way then I won't read them.
