I keep hoping they continue making Noir variants of all the Bombshell vinyl figures. Fingers especially crossed for a Lois Lane, Black Canary, Batman, and Joker figures since they'd fit the genre especially well!
Does anyone have an idea on when the ThinkGeek Noir Poison Ivy is supposed to go on sale?

Haha, I love film noir and vintage styles, so the Bombshells line in general has made me excited. And then add noir coloring, and I was 110% sold!
For some reason it's been hard finding information on any noir variants prior to stumbling on this thread of info. The only reason I found out about the Batwoman one was because of an email from the website which I just happened to already be subscribed to from something else. I would have missed it otherwise.
Supergirl is a whole different issue; it looks like she's an Australian exclusive only and from IkonCollectibles. PopFictionNZ.com has her as well, but they're getting her from the aforementioned site, with an expected release date of September 30th of this year. And yet, I don't know if they'll be getting her at this point since their provider (Ikon) lists her as cancelled?

It'll be released in the US somewhere. Crypto is based here; no reason to ignore the home market.
Just keep your eye on this thread. I update my threads regularly.
