Is Frank Cho going to design new Harley for this line or recycle one from RW line? DC collectibles usually do the latter...so I am keeping my expectation low.

No, was not aware of it.
I know Frank has a sort of "oh you rapscallion!" wag your finger sort of humor, but his work on anatomy is fantastic. I saw his fine use on back muscles on a piece and was blown away.
