3 week before, I bought an trading card from ebay.
The US local seller shipped me by ebay global shipping program by fedex. I got a empty box. I got loss. My goods disappeared. I lost USD 160. Until now, I still did not get any refund.

The seller said he did anything according to ebay rule.
Fedex said it will refund only to the shipper (seller)
Ebay said he is only the middle man.

Fedex asked me to ask a claim to seller. Surely this requirement was turnred down. Because the seller did ship it. ebay required me to sign a declaration to swear I did receive a empty box. It give me a insult as I did lie. The true is that Fedex admuitted they made mistake and the box were realy empty. Why fedex not report to ebay?
why ebay don't ask fedex?
Why no one responsible for my loss?
Even ebay staff believe that I am clean. Then why I can't get the refund?
Do you believe that shipping a trading card need USD 30 still get loss and no one responsible for that?
