What makes you say that? I'd guess it's simply a money grab after they saw how quickly ver 1 sold out. This way they can do second editions of both ver 1 and ver 2 (white bases) if need be. Cha ching! $$$

Hmm, it's probably the angle, but i really seem to miss the big size difference statuewise.
Of course his risen arm makes him higher overall, but from cowl-to-cowl, it's not that big of a difference,

The size difference is dramatic. My wooden bookshelves can be adjusted, so I’ve got all my Batman B&Ws (about 20 of them) on one shelf at a height that I adjusted and set for them. This one won’t fit at that shelf’s height. He’s a full head above the rest.

I say that due to the delays with ver 1 and some companies receiving them and others still waiting.

They're slow. Will probably stay at "processing" for a week before it's sent out. You're lucky though. Mine is still in "Pre-order" status.

I think this is absolutely what happened. But if they can make some money and pay a few bills while maybe not laying off more employees, more power to them. And further, some collectors get some stuff they really want. All good. I hope they can do a dozen versions of the statue if the market demand is there.

Does anyone know what the last Batman Black and White will be? I know the Jim Lee v. 3 just shipped and there are likely 3 more coming next month, but I think everything beyond that is cancelled?
