I only can say good things about FNC. They answer quickly, and shipping for UE is around 100$ for 1/4, and no taxes. I guess it could be the same for US. Just ask.

Battle girl looks great but not enough to buy, if the way things are going she may end up being a kit on the various sites since some of the others shown in this thread have become kits. Laws are really different over there.
