Looking for people to file petition against Dr. Toys Closeouts...
Hey...sor d-rod...but i dont know any other way to do this...recently i noticed a thread voicing there displeasure against Dr. Toys Closeouts. Well...once again his negative feeback is going crazy...he has 13 already this month, he uses paypals and ebays loop holes to scam people. and Practices bad business. Im looking to see if we can get enough people to file complaints against paypal and ebay against him voicing our displeasure with his business practices. Im sure if enough people complain Than something will be looked into...PM me if interested...
and sorry DROD...if you feel u need to delete this thread...but...this person needs to be stopped.

not defending him but some negs are from customers who probably should not be on Ebay (the guy who bought the gg luke statue)

well...im not buying through him....ordealing with him ever again....so im hoping aother people just avoid him and give someone else the business....
he gets awya with alot of stuff...cause he can...and nobody does anything...im just trying to notify the right people and maybe something will happen?

I bought a Scarface figure from them, they were cool about it.
Since it wasn't released yet they said I didn't have to pay until they got it in stock and that they would notify me.
They e-mailed me, I payed got in great packaging.
The negatives seem to be from people that don't know what a pre-order is.
One guy said the product and shipping was alright.
But he said his communication was bad. Some people just shouldn't use ebay.

no...i think it goes beyond people not knowing ebay...he does not communicate...and retracts paypal ( like he did to me ) after he bought the item...never once contacting me about it...
