AVENGERS Film Used Props

To bad Im not a millionaire. LOL

http://www.profilesinhistory.com/

Marvel fans, here’s your chance to buy some of the coolest, high quality memorabilia straight off the sets of the Avengers films. But, before you get all excited and take out your wallet, know that the pieces are going up at auction – and the starting prices alone are going to hammer your bank account. That’s a Thor joke. Try to keep up.
The auction is being conducted by Profiles in History, a company that claims to be the ‘world’s largest’ auctioneer of original Hollywood memorabilia. In conjunction with Marvel Studios, the bidding kicks off in person, April 14th, at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo.

So what can one find at this auction? The full Mark II “Autopsy” suit from ‘Iron Man 2′ bidding starts at $60,000. For a third less, you can try for Chris Evans’ complete Captain America suit, starting at $20,000. If you can’t afford five-figure sums (what kind of fan are you?!?) then Thor’s hammer goes under the auction hammer for $4,000 while Captain America’s Shield frosted in ice goes for a cool $3,000.

The auction will have hundreds of other props and costumes from the movies. We’re saving our money for Black Widow’s leather suit — preferably with her still in it.

It says that most of the stuff listed is already sold (for $100k+ O.o).

Were you actually linking this for people to get bids in on,or just as a fun "look what this sold for" type of thing?

Millionaires wouldn't buy that either, bro.. you can't keep your fortune if you blow it on trinkets.

... which accounts for several people of wealth who now are bankrupt/etc.

Great lookin' suit, though.
