I know he’s often drawn that way-not always, I think its a perspective trick to make him seem larger than life. Its not restricted to HNK either. But in statue form I cant flip the page or cut to a new scene. I think its gonna drive my ocd a little nuts.

Thats becoming a pretty common thing to say. Doesnt really mean much because every piece has to be approved by the creator and/or license holder. Trigun’s creator signed off on Figurama’s first head sculpt and hardly anybody liked it. We all basically heard the same argument. Ive heard it again several more times since on other pieces. Now theres a new Vash headsculpt and Figurama said Nightow liked it even more.

I think I remember reading somewhere that Tolkien thought his fans were weirdos who couldnt seperate fiction from reality- because cosplay events and such. Fans can sometimes be much more picky over the details than the creators. It just depends on who wants what.

Proprotions are fine for me, the long legs, large chest and smaller head is what i expect from FOTNS statues

I may still be in depending. They may change some things and I might bite on it with the cheaper base. It’ll probably grow on me the more I look at it.

This is an old method used by artists of comics, manga, anime, etc. A small head makes the rest of the body look larger. I always try to tell this to folks, but they rarely listen. It’s a real thing, dammit!!!

Agreed! The problem Kenshiro is very stylize chracter slim waist ,long legs , huge arms is already not realistic making the head bigger will make it even more weird.

I think Jagi, Rei, Shin and Roah are pretty much a given.

I would like to see Toki and Souther too.....i'd like to see them do Mr Heart lol, i doubt i'd buy him but i'd like to see them do it haha!
