What are your guys' thoughts on the way they did the flames/lava? Do you like it painted? Would it have been better with clear resin? Do you like the colors? Thoughts?

On this piece, I think it looks phenomenal (as opposed to something like the Emma PF where the fire effects look like Doritos). I definitely would not have wanted this in clear resin.

I do think you guys are right. I remember when I first saw it I wasn't to sure about them cause they didn't appear,... I guess as bright as flames should be. They seem more dark and toned down.
But I've come to like them more, they seem gritty if that makes sense. Gritty flamage!!!

I had a similar thought as well. Don't know how the realistic sculpt on Thor would gel with XM Beta Ray.

My only concern would be the possible size difference. Never saw the XM BRB in person before, or new Thor for that matter. They’re both 1/4 scale but one may be a lot thicker or taller.
