The marketing strategy of hyping up preorders followed by radio silence, might be turning away new repeat customers. Those of us here might know how things already go in the industry, but when you look at other up and coming companies, F4F, Iron, HMO, etc. They do follow ups, chats, etc which helps keep interest.

Because one of the downsides to PCS is that you feel that a particular piece is important leading up to the p/o, then it falls off of the face of the earth for a few years. I had forgotten that I'd ordered Nash until I saw the factory pictures lol.

I understand that there aren't always picture updates to provide, but a verbal status update would go a long way to let people know what's up with the merchandise they paid for.

Especially in a case like Rambo, where we've been informed the sculpt is undergoing revisions.

I think everyone enjoys interaction with their favorite company (in my case PCS!). But interaction shouldn't just be for Pre-Order, but also POST-Order.
