The marketing strategy of hyping up preorders followed by radio silence, might be turning away new repeat customers. Those of us here might know how things already go in the industry, but when you look at other up and coming companies, F4F, Iron, HMO, etc. They do follow ups, chats, etc which helps keep interest.
