I did a search for this on Ebay when they were first poping up. One Blue Wasp sold for $200, and it showed it in the package and everything. Maybe the person selling it repainted it and tried to reseal the package. I have never seen one since.

I never heard the legend of the blue Wasp variant, although I would certainly look for one if it existed. However, I am curious as to this 'Psylocke variant' that was mentioned but never surfaced. Can someone tell more about it, or produce a picture?
If it's her in her armor from the Australian years, with Norman features, I will cry and cry, 'cause that was my favorite version and I hate the ninja Psylocke. 
Also, did anyone see the Wasp figure in Toyfare that was never released that was the size of the Yellowjacket figure and would have connected to the figure she was released with in the same way? Talk about frustrating.

here you go....if you scroll down it says legends roundup 2 or something, you can see the variant behind the regular psylocke on the left...they also have the blue wasp and the silver shirt luke cage, but its says that these are prototypes and some may not be released...

WHOOOOOAHHHHH! I love those X-Babies and Mitey 'Vengers! I wonder if they're ever going to release these? Anyone know if the prototypes were made by Toy Biz or Hasbro? I would LOVE a lil Kitty Pryde and Storm!

There was only 1 that showed up on ebay when this series first started hitting stores and it went for like 200 bucks. After that no one has ever seen on nor has any popped up on ebay.
Whether the one on ebay was a fluke and was the only one to get out and they canceled the rest, who knows. lol.
EDIT: D'oh, i'm late, Marvelboi already told the story. lol.

sadly the babies were supposed to be pack in's with the god awful series 14 to go along with Mojo, but they got canned and odds are they'll never be released, although i suppose with the recent Marvel Select announcment of the brood/skrull pack there might be a sliver of hope for the babies return some day
