I finally heard back from Sideshow--on a Sunday which was weird. They said they don't have replacements yet from Iron Studios so they could 1) put me on a wait list, 2) give me $80 credit to just deal with it, or 3) let me return it for a refund. I decided to get on the wait list. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes to get a replacement.
